After accepting an offer of accommodation at UniResort, you will be required to sign a formal Residential Agreement. The Agreement will set out in detail your rights and obligations.
When you check in you will need to pay your bond (equivalent to 4 weeks rent) and two weeks rent in advance.
It is mandatory that you pay your fees as they fall due.
UniResort uses a Direct Debit facility for all payments. The transaction will occur directly from your back account or nominated credit card with your prior approval (VISA or MasterCard).
The fees cover your ensuite & bedroom. You will share the kitchen, lounge and laundry facilities with other guests between 4 and 6 people maximum.
This fee also gives you free access to the gym, pool, spa, tennis court and sauna and other facilities on site.
