We do take short term accommodation at UniResort. The fees for short term stays are different. On these rates you do not need to sign a lease or pay a bond if the stay is under 5 weeks and you are paying the short term rates.
UniResort uses a Direct Debit facility for all payments. The transaction will occur directly from your back account or nominated credit card with your prior approval (VISA or MasterCard).
The rates cover your ensuite & bedroom. You may share a kitchen, lounge and laundry facilities with other guests between 4 and 6 people maximum in a shared if you do not rent the entire Apartment yourself.
This fee also gives you free access to the gym, pool, spa, tennis court and sauna and other facilities on site.
