To reserve a room at UniResort Please download and complete an Application Form. Send in 3 types of identification. The Application Form lets you know the which ID to send. Email or mail your application with identification to UniResort. We will send you an email accepting your application. To accept an offer at UniResort You must do the following: · Respond within 48 hours of   receiving UniResort's offer. · Sign a Residential and Rooming  Accommodation Agreement. · Pay a Bond (equal to 4  weeks' rent) · Pay the first 2 weeks' rent prior  to shifting into UniResort We prefer you pay Direct Debit and you will need an Australian bank account to make these regular rent payments. You must pay your rent on the day it is due.

Your rent does not include broadband connection fee, LAN cable for internet, linen, crockery and extra cleaning.
