1.0 - Tenant Application Information

Congratulations for choosing to apply!

We think you will love it at UniResort. There are just a few formalities that we need from you to process your application. Please take your time to fill in the details carefully – applications cannot be

processed until we have all of the required information.

Please feel free to call us on +61 (0)7 3457 5588 or email live@uniresort.com.au if you have any questions regarding this application. Our office is conveniently open Monday to Friday 8am – 7pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm.

Each applicant must complete a separate application. Please note, the charge for your application is $100. If accepted, this amount is deducted from your 2 weeks rent in advance payment. If your application is not accepted, we will refund this amount. If your application is accepted and you do not accept our letter of offer, this amount is forfeited.

Application Process

Please fill out the information below; including credit card details to pay the $100 application fee. When your application is approved, we will email you a letter of offer. You then have 7 days to execute this lease agreement and pay your deposit; your $100 fee will come off this deposit amount. The room offered to you will be held for this period but if the monies is not received within 7 days the room can no longer be held and you risk missing out. The $100 application fee is also forfeited.

Should your application be successful, you will need to bring the following when you arrive for your stay at UniResort:

• A cheque or money order made payable to the Residential Tenancy Authority for your Bond.
• 100 points of Identification - please click here for a list on what ID is acceptable.
