This application will be processed within 24 hours of UniResort Reception Staff receiving the application during business hours. Once accepted I am to pay the first two weeks of rent as a deposit and email UniResort Reception with a copy of the signed lease agreement within 48 hours to secure my booking. Failing to do this in the time allowed will result in my booking being cancelled. I understand the bank account details will be emailed to me or I can attend the office and pay this only via EFTPOS* or CREDIT CARD* (*Fees apply)

There is an option period of 48 hours from the time this application is received by The UniResort Management Pty Ltd where I can withdraw this application without penalties. I understand if I wish to withdraw, I will need to submit my intention to withdraw in writing to The UniResort Management Pty Ltd.

I do not intend to have a pet in or on the premises.
